For those who constantly run over the maximum 25gb, the charge for adding data is was more expensive than the basic rate.  Shouldn't you offer a larger package for your customers that pay the most?

Right now with the infrastructure they have the best they can do system wide is 25GB in order to keep the system from getting overloaded worse then it is in some areas.  Now next fall (fall 2016) when ViaSat-2 in up and running (assuming SpaceX don't have anymore vehicles blow up) hopefully they can offer more data for the same price.

Hi Joseph, I can certainly understand your frustration with the need for bigger packages. Our forum champion Night Rider is correct, we do have many more new features coming within the next year or so that will make the customer experience a whole lot better. Rest assure, we are always reporting our forum comments and concerns to our back office team at Exede and we are always working on making the service we provide more exceptional. We will be sure to keep everyone on our forums posted with new updated information.

Next fall is here and I still don't see option for larger data packages or more reasonable charges for adding data during the month.

ViaSat 2's launch was moved to 2017: The satellite was booked on SpaceX's Falcon-Heavy rocket for a launch in late 2016, but was moved to an Ariane-5ECA rocket in 2017 due to schedule uncertainies.

Aerosick is correct. Due to setbacks with our original agreement with SpaceX we had to change to Ariane and are looking for a spring launch.
