Two questions: I am working with HP person to get my printer working again--why is he not able to access the router from my computer using IP address from router? Also, I'm not pleased with how quickly my internet data plan runs out and then starts running really slow. If I switch to a different internet provider, what will this cost me? Was I contracted for a certain term when I bundled Excede with Direct TV?Please help.Joni Parrent

  • Open the Control Panel.
  • Click or double-click the Printers, Printers, and Fax, or Devices and Printers icon.
  • Right-click on the printer you want to test and select the Properties or Printer Properties option. ..
  • In the printer's Properties window, click the Print Test Page button and if you having some more several issues please visit this link Nipson Printers Support and the guidelines to solve your query.

I would advise against clicking on the link in the above post, as the linked site has very little verifiable information available on the net, with one site specifically referring to a scam regarding the linked site.

Any issue with a product should be handled directly through the manufacturer, by well known and trusted tech support companies, or through known and trusted support forums.

I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST CLICKING ON THE LINK IN THE ABOVE POST (Nipson Printers Support).
