HI Don

You can actually switch plans as much as you want at anytime you don't have to wait for your agreement to end. As long as the plans are available when you want to switch it shouldn't be a problem

but to answer the end of agreement question. Yes you can switch without a new agreement only a move to a new location (requires new account) or if you were turned off/disconnected to non-pay and have to restart (again a new account) requires a new agreement other transactions (plan changes) don't require a new agreement.

Unless you transition form residential plans to Business plans, then, just like moving or starting new or, renewed service, you do need a new contract.

You now have to have a new contract and pay any early termination fees to switch from residential to business plans.
