When I sign into your MyESVT page and then select "View Usage Data" the new tab displays only my total data used, the same as the account management page does and the rest of the fields are grayed out. I cannot select any of the days to see a daily data usage report. I was at a family member's house that has a Liberty plan and hers works like it's supposed to. I was told by a CSR that clients with Evolution plans don't work with ESVT. Or is it that I have one of the original Exede modems that needs to be updated?
