After set up and going through the connecting process, was told to restart modem. light did not come back on but my computer connected to internet and my phone connected wifi. Just wanted to know if this was an issue.
Hello Johnathan, that is odd; even though you are connected, you should still see a light of some sort (solid blue) stating that the device has power and online. Please give our Customer Care a call at 866.945.3258 to make sure all is okay with your modem going forward.
