My upload data usage has recently spun out of control without any change in my overall usage. Help

I am a long time Wildblue customer. My dat is split between up and down load. Recently my upload usage went from 6% to 100 % in a couple of days. My wi fi is password protected and I have not changed my internet usage. It even goes up when my computer and router is turned off. If this can't be solved I may have to try other providers.

I have been having the similar but worse disappearance of data the entire 3+ years No good options where I live or Id been gone long ago. Could write a book with all the incorrect guesses by customer service. Said it was apple device...we dont have. Said it was storage...nope Said it was Direct tv...dont order movies or record or do on demand!! Used 7 gb last 3 days and havent been home or used our computer and no devices on wifi!! ,Ive lost 50% -of data every month for 3+years

this seems to be happening to ALOT of others as well and they refuse to give any explination of just how is it being used with everything powered off. you can leave it off for 2 months in a row and still use up all your data(and yes people have tested this and have proof)

Have had same experience with massive data disappearances since day 1 Thought I found new provider so signed up only to learn it is still exede!! Installer sold via sat and didnt find out via sat is exede until 1st payment. Was told I shouldnt ever use my 12gb in view of my very limited usege Hardly used any for week 1 ,but 7gb in last 3 days and HAVENT BEEN HOME OR USED COMPUTER WHICH IS THE ONLY DEVICE CONNECTED!! Im convinced they are a bunch of thieves!
