Trouble with Exede Voice setup

I received a letter from Exede Voice giving me an account number: 403370055. When I try to log in it gives me a message that this account does not exist. I have tried it more than once and get the same reply. When I first called for service in June I was given the number 3030 58180, I have also tried this No. and get the same answer. I have been on the phone and no one seems to know the answer.. This is annoying and frustrating as I am also having problems with the answering machine, as complained about by other subscribers, I want that sorted out also. This phone problem stinks, when I had no service, I was stung by a wasp & went into anaphylactic shock, I was able to get to a neighbour who called an ambulance before I chocked to death. I want this issue resolved, it has been dragging on for 2 month. I expect an answer ASAP.

The account number and contract numbers are different.  Exede Voice authentication needs the contract number which is obtainable by calling customer service.  Your Exede Voice adapter box MUST be the very first thing connected to the SurfBeam satellite modem and a router or computer connects to the voice adapter box at the correct jack in the rear of the voice adapter unit.
