They tried to tell me it was my box. Then they said I needed to pay for more service. They are lying. The woman who recommended them to me is having problems, too. She said all was fine until about two months ago. Now she is having the same problem. She has been told the same lies I have. She has replaced her modem twice and it still does not work. I need my Internet for work. I pay over $100.00 a month for sometimes no Internet at all. I am surprised this is working now. Plus we are locked into contracts for service that is terrible at best. They keep lying and making us all buy new equipment and plans....and nothing ever changes. Two months ago, (May) everything worked fine. NOW, it is terrible. Did their satellite get blown up? Did they just add too many customers? I am sick of this.
