Robert, I am assuming that you are connected wirelessly to your router. If so, make sure the router setup for your Internet Connection Type is set to Dynamic IP (DHCP)

Hi Robert,
Do you see your router's listing for a WiFi connection, if you are trying a wireless connection. Have you used the right password? Is the password entered right "Upper and or Lower case letters".

What do you get if you connect direct to the router with a nic cable?

Is this a Windows machine? What do you see when you enterĀ 192.168.1.1 in your web broswer?

What about under your networks listing. In Windows, this would be, click Start, Computer, the the Network entry on the left column.

Hope it helps,
Everett
