Vulturepit, that is very slow. Are you seeing speeds this slow ALL of the time, at any hour of any day, even when you have not used all of your data for the month? If so there may something that needs attention. You can send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your account and contact information as well as a request for them to investigate your slow speeds. They will take a look and see if there may be an equipment or network issue that can be fixed.

If you are only seeing the slow speeds during peak usage hours (4-5PM through about 2AM) or, after you use all of your data for the month then, that is most likely because you are on one of the most congested (busiest) beams. That should be alleviated when Viasat 2 begins providing service early next year.
