my priority data was reset on March 8 and 4 hours later I was on Liberty pass not possible

nothing has changed here I just happen to check my data usage and noticed I was on liberty pass so now I pay for a whole month on liberty pass not cool.

I said the same thing my plan starts on the 4th of each month and I'm on liberty pass by the end of the 5th I had ever before but not liberty nothing different being done and the 10 GB I got before last almost the whole month just as many devices as I have now I've already got a call into a new provider and we'll be changing these guys are a rip off and this new company I well get unlimited for the same amount and I know people who have them and say they are the best they have ever had

I am having the same issue, and after 5 phone calls it hasn't been resolved. My cycle starts on the 4th, the next day 80% was used! Not possible!  When i called they said most usage was at a time when i wasn't even home!!  
Please, what is the name of this company you mentioned?  Thanks!

My boyfriend had them.for tv and internet and I got him to let me get direct tv and this is the internet they set me up with we are going back for tv and internet as soon as we can

Thanks Tina.  It's not going to work for me unfortunately, as i can only get satellite where i am in rural Delaware County, NY.  And i think my choices are HughesNet or Exede, both not great choices:(

Cathy, there are many things that can use data even when you are not actively using any connected device. All of them will download updates unless you turn off automatic updates for everything. You may have a cloud storage activate like One Drive or iCloud. Background app refresh may be enable on connected devices. If you have Windows 8/8.1 or 10, you may not have disabled live tiles on the start menu. The websites you visit may have a lot of images and/or videos that use a lot of data if you are not running a blocker to prevent that.

You can email your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com and, request a usage review to get a better idea of where your data is going.
