My Outlook email has been jacked up since the beginning of August.

My Outlook email has been jacked up since the beginning of August. Four calls later and it’s still not repaired. They have acknowledged that the are having a problem and gave me a repair ticket number but it’s still a mess! The tech support suggests going online via the internet, but it’s not secure which is why I have used Outlook for years! We may have to change so we can use our email properly!
