I tried to do what I thought was right when I got the mess that things were changing. I guess I didn't do it right. I have no idea what to do but I do need my e-mails
Hi Joyce, In my case, the primary account has been migrated, but not my three secondary accounts. Others had the same problem. I was told by Exede rep on this forum that it is expected to be completed by the end of this week. At any rate, I have been able to access all accounts through the wildblue web mail login page, but each account must be logged into separately with the username and password for each account. Are you using an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird, or other? If so, have you tried just logging into the Exede/Wildblue web mail page?
Yeah we found a few "Orphan email accounts" that didn't migrate over yet and they should be completed with the next couple of migration rounds. As far as accessing your inbox how are you accessing it? If you're using your phone, outlook, thunderbird or anything like that there's a few settings that need to be changed. Otherwise if you go to go.wildblue.net and log in you should be able to see if you've been migrated or not.
