I tried to do what I thought was right when I got the mess that things were changing. I guess I didn't do it right. I have no idea what to do but I do need my e-mails

Hi Joyce, this issue your experiencing with your email may possibly be related to the new migration that went through last night. To know for sure please feel free to give our Customer Care Line a call at 1-855-463-9333.

Joyce,
It looks like some of us are not migrating successfully.

Hi Joyce, In my case, the primary account has been migrated, but not my three secondary accounts. Others had the same problem. I was told by Exede rep on this forum that it is expected to be completed by the end of this week. At any rate, I have been able to access all accounts through the wildblue web mail login page, but each account must be logged into separately with the username and password for each account. Are you using an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird, or other? If so, have you tried just logging into the Exede/Wildblue web mail page?

I have no idea what I'm using. When I changed to exede internet they came out and set everything up. I have no idea at all what I have. Right now I am on the old platform and it works fine.

Yeah we found a few "Orphan email accounts" that didn't migrate over yet and they should be completed with the next couple of migration rounds. As far as accessing your inbox how are you accessing it? If you're using your phone, outlook, thunderbird or anything like that there's a few settings that need to be changed. Otherwise if you go to go.wildblue.net and log in you should be able to see if you've been migrated or not. We do have agents standing by and taking calls at 855-463-9333 that will be more than happy to walk you through setting up your email if you require assistance

I  will wait to they migrate over again and if I need to I will have them walk me through. Like I said before I have no clue what I'm doing. I will have to wait until my grandkids come over to help me.

When I signed up for this.I was told I would get 20 g for a year. I have ten now and I thought when you run into your next month's bill, it wouldn't take away from your g. I am very disified wth this service.
