My monthly data just restarted and my internet will not load any pages at all

I have my full gigs free and still cannot use my internet

What does your modem status look like? 
Are all the gumballs at the top green?  Is there anything in red on the first page?
If your modem status looks good, and you are using a router, try a direct connection to the modem with your computer, if you can.

Hannah try. Unplugging the equipment...modem and router if u have both. Wait for 60 seconds and plug the modem only back in, when the lights start to twinkle on the modem, then plug in your router. If that doesn't work, give me the last 6 numbers/ letters of the MAC address found on bottom of the viasat modem
