My modem keeps, dropping the connection.

The modem goes from blue, to pulsing white, then after awhile it goes back to blue.

spf45, that is usually due to weather either at your home or SAN (Gateway). If it's clear at both, which if you are unsure of your gateway, call 855-463-9333 and, they will tell you if there is an outage on your beam.

Please work through the troubleshooting steps here, including properly rebooting and, power cycling the modem. http://help.exede.net/articles/General/Troubleshooting-connectivity-No-connection-to-Exede-network
