Modem is dead

My modem is dead. It shows no power. I have plugged it in to several different outlets and still no power. Nothing to add. The blue lights are dead and the internet is unavailable due to what ever is going on with it.

Ours it too Butch. I've had used every communication avenue possible with no answers. I'm here to see if others have the problem. So there seems to be something major going on.

Butch indicates no power to the modem (i.e. a dead modem), at least one light (or indication with the new modem) will be on if the modem has power. But yes from the other posts it appears there is a malfunction at one or more of the gateways or core nodes - a definitive answer will most likely be coming in a short while once the moderators stroll into work out there in Colorado.

No problem with my Exede internet. I'm in central New York.
