I ran a test last night and was getting 0.10 Mbps down. 0.10 Mbps!!! this is an outrage. I called and they said there's nothing they can do it's the new policy.
Well since I've been calling a few times a week with no progress or any hint of Viasat righting any of the wrongs they've done I went to the FCC's and FTC's website and filed a complaint.
I urge you all to do the same. Just google them because my links will be edited out by the mods if I post them.
I'm not sure if this will affect anything but it's the only thing I can think of.
