My Internet speed remains slow

after the bill as paid over 24 hours ago, and I have rebooted the computer, modem and router

You can also email us at exedelistens@viasat.com but it'll likely be tomorrow before emails are answered (still getting through all the ones from this morning's outage so the call or chat will be much quicker)
