I’ve been with exede/viasat over a year. When I look back at the speed tests from when I first started this service, download was 68.7 & upload was 7.44. Now it’s 7.62 & 4.70! I’ve had online chats, phone conversations on several occasions with no help. I was told if I wanted to stream I would probably have to run a ‘hard wire’ directly from my tv to the modem. I mean really? We have three tvs, iPads as well as other mobile devices. Who wants cables running across the rooms? We have had excellent service until now. Which we certainly pay for. What can I do about this?
