my internet isnt connecting. it tries but then i just get a red circle instead of blue. what does this mean

What device and operating system?
Do you use a router?
Are other devices able to connect?
What are the lights on your modem doing?

Red light on the WiFi modem will usually mean a reboot is required (unplug for 60 seconds). Here's our modem guide with what the different lights mean. If you consistently are getting the red light with no change please call us at 855-463-9333 and we'll try some additional steps or set up a service call
