I just had my modem replaced yesterday. It's not the WiFi model. The VOIP was working yesterday, but today it isn't. The VOIP indicator light on the phone box is not lit.

I can think of a couple things that will prevent VOIP from working.  Your setup might be right, but check these things...

The VOIP adapter MUST be the first device connected to the ViaSat modem.  If you have a router, it connects to the VOIP adapter, at the correct socket.

You MUST register your physical address with the e911 system.

The power supply must be connected to the VOIP adapter and energized.
