A wild guess on my part: your dish might be out of alignment. You might want to email firstname.lastname@example.org and have them go through come troubleshooting steps, starting with what the web page at http://192.168.100.1 says.
What is your RxSNR reading on the modem status page at http://192.168.100.1/ It should be at least 6.0, but should be much higher for a properly aligned dish with no cable problems. Cable resistance should be less than 3.0 ohms.
