my internet is not working. I've never had a problem before, but for the last two days I have not been able to use internet.

no internet, nothing blocking the dish, hit modem reset button, still nothing

The first thing I always do is unplug everything for about 5 minutes.  Are you using a router, built in router, or just the modem?

Heather, you should send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com. Make sure to include your account number and phone number, along with your explanation of not being able to get on the internet.
