Unhappy with service

I contacted costumer service and they told me I had to upgrade my service at a cost of $60.The reason I got your service is because it was the cheapest.If you can't give me good service now,Why would I want to pay more?I want to disconnect service from you NOW i need to know how.

You will need to call to disconnect. Before you do that I would email exedelistens@viasat.com because I have never heard of anyone being forced to upgrade. I don't know what plan you have but, if you have gone over your data allowance, then it's going to be slow until you buy more data or, the next billing cycle starts.

Storms at your home or at your gateway can also cause issues and, for the last couple of weeks there have been more or less constant thunderstorms and heavy rain across parts of the country. There was even an F3 tornado in Montana this past Saturday so, storms may be a factor as well.

I'm been all morning try to fix this mess none one pick up the phone please customers never use this company I'm stuck w a contract and a company that it docent work all is a froud

Try the email. That phone number is a 24/7 call center. Is that the number you are calling?
