My email is slower than USPS

how do I update my wildblue email settings. When I sign on in the morning, I get the message my email is out of date and as of today its frozen up/stopped sending or receiving email altogether

It kind of sounds like you are using an email client and your client  is out of date.

Something sounds fishy here.  Please email us with a screenshot of the message you're getting.  Be sure to include a detailed description of the issue, as well as your account number.

There was some backoffice maintenance last month that caused issues with sending and receiving emails.  The customer-side solution was to log out and back in.  Try that, just in case.
