Email problems

My email is screwing up! I can recieve with no problem, but when I send, it has someone elses name & email address attatched. What is going on?

If you're using a mail client (Outlook, incredimail, Thunderbird ect) you most likely have something incorrectly set up with your POP settings. Try going to the site directly at and seeing if you are still having the same issue

I was having errors on my Wildblue email address and tech support  couldn't find a solution. What I did was checked my email on website to make sure I had no unread emails. Then on your account delete that email account; then recreate the SAME email account address. Fixed mine.

Rebecca, do you mean that the incorrect email address is associated with your account? If that is what you mean, you will need to contact Exede directly. :
