My email is not working. It says I no longer have access. What do I do to get it running?

It says I no longer have access and should contact my domain administrator. I understand the service provider has changed or something. How do I get my email to open?

Hello Debbie, are you using an email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc., or trying to log in to your Wildblue or Exede webmail page online?
