My data usage was reset to 0% in the middle of a 31 days period. How come?

That is very odd that your usage has reset to 0% in the middle of your billing cycle, Carolyn. Would you please send your account and contact info to, I would like to review your account just to make sure all is okay or if there was a reason behind the reset. Thank you
