My data usage has suddenly gone up WAY UP

I've had exede/ wildblue whatever it is for quite awhile now. But for some odd reason after I ordered / received/ cancelled Exede Voice due to not being able to call out to some cell phone numbers (something they don't tell you when you sign up for Exede Voice).. Ever since the cancellation of the Exede Voice service all of a sudden my data usage on my internet service has gone up WAY up .. So much so that I run out of my data allowance a full 8 or 10 days before the next billing cycle. This NEVER used to happen. I have not changed my browsing habits, nothing has changed, if anything I should be using less data because I've gotten in the habit of disconnecting the connection when I know I will be away from the computer, this is something I NEVER used to do.. I think they just click a switch and cut us off whenever they are unhappy with us or want to "teach us a lesson" for being a pain in the butt ( about the voice service).. I never went over my internet allowance until the issues I had with the Voice service,  but now it happens every single month.. How can that be, IF I've not changed my normal browsing or watch a bunch of youtube videos and goodness knows I've never streamed a movie in my life.. Can anyone explain how this can happen? I even had a "tech" at Exede look up my service to let me know what was going on.. just normal browsing. the same type of internet searches, facebook, etc.. that I've always done.. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR   .. I wish we had a different service out here in the country .. but Exede KNOWS they have us over a barrell.. and they are bleeding me dry.

When are you sending a person to check my ODU as eluded to in an email dated 2 months ago? I need to know why my usage had suddenly gone crazy up. Case # is # 00282222 ??
