My Data plan has a life of it's own

I've been a customer of Exede for 3 months. I installed the system in a vacation home in Wisconsin. With nobody living in the house and all the security cameras, Sonos turned off, I still burned through my data plan. Actually for a few days last week, I was gaining usage allotment. Something is wrong here and I am going to try to get out of this service.

I had that happen on one vacation trip but that has been it.  I figured someone might have tied into my internet while we were gone. At any rate, did you unplug the Excede wi-fi box when not at house?

they will contact you , tell you they  see activity you do not do, take it from me , tried for 1 year , never had resolution and had to pay early  opt out fee

Hit them with an electrical bill from the house when no one is there and query why then. Of course you will still have your monthly bill unless you do not use the house for 3 months running.
