Chuck we need a bit more information? Do you think the meter is incorrect? Is it not showing any usage? What about the meter do you think is in error?

Either there is a blank space (no dial) or it says something like "Unavailable, please refresh or try again later"

Chuck, we are aware of this issue, it is affecting other customers as well.  It's being actively worked on by our engineers. 

In the meantime, you can send your account info to us at ExedeListens@viasat.com, and we can give you your current usage.
