Your numbers look very good. The cable attenuation numbers are a calculated thing, and don't seem to be a very consistent number, so I wouldn't be too concerned about it as long as your internet connection s working.

Hi panahead, As Steve commented, the numbers look good.  How is your service?

Thanks for getting back to me... My service is very very slow at times... under 2mbps at times... although my data cap of 150 gigs is not even close it feels like they are restricitng me as if i have exeeded my cap? here are some screenshots of speedtest results that I have run... using the ookla speedtest app on my computer.. what should I do? I live in a very remote area... off grid... over 1-1/2 hours by car from the nearest town... and 4 miles up a steep 4whl drive dirt road... a service call is a major trip..

Just have them run some remote tests when you call into support.

From what I am seeing, your I installation is fine. If you get great speeds at times and not other times, that is congestion.

Thanks.... I have just been experiencing much slower speeds than in the past and was hoping that there was a cure for it...
