My broadband service only works at night

For the past two days, I have been unable to connect to the Internet during the day. In the evening, I am able to connect. We have been experiencing snow the last two days. Also, it is possible that the dish was hit with falling snow three days ago. I have checked the dish and there is no damage, but I am wondering if the impact of the snow might have moved the dish out of alignment. If so, could that explain why I am not able to connect to the Internet during the day? 

Right now, my RX SNR is 4.4. From what I've read, it sounds like that number is a bit low.

I have a service appointment for Wednesday, but I wanted to know if anyone  has experienced this problem and might have a suggestion or explanation. Thank you.`

Hello Joe,

This is one we'll need to investigate a bit. Hopefully it's working now, but if you call us at 855-463-9333 and we can quickly see if the snow might have affected your signal. I haven't personally saw any situations where the daytime is not connecting opposed to the evening so there's some issue obviously.
