We aren't able to discuss any customer's account details in public. That's pretty standard for most companies, and is not likely to change. If you have specific questions of your own, please feel free to start a new thread (or email us if it's about your own account details) and we'll answer as best we can.

I understand not being able to talk about peoples accounts directly but in general the data consumption sometimes is insane. as I type this even I have not been home most of the day and the router has been off and the lan cable unplugged from the back of the modem and still showing ALOT of useage and only been on this site and email, also my router keeps track of how much data is used up and down total .this started for a lot of customers 4 months ago. and it did seem to be fixed until I reset.but will try to contact back agin.

Darrel, a LOT of people have been having this problem as of late. The past couple of months my bandwidth went in about 10 days. I can normally make it last 20 and I hadn't changed anything about my usage patterns. In fact, I've actually reduced my usage in response to the bandwidth disappearing so quickly.
My LNFZ is not kicking in when it is supposed to. I'm pretty sure something is wrong on their end.
so, it's not just you.

same issue agin as well, just reset and data skyrocketed over 1.5gb, I think it is about time they admitted they have an issues and it is not the customers equipment.

I have no grandchildren here and xbox has not even been plugged in for two weeks. I usually use about 2 gb per month and now have all of a sudden used 18 gb in 4 days?

I have not seen any problems with high data usage, only what my ASUS router is reporting, which is very close to the Exede meter. Maybe this is an issue in only some of the beams.

I haven't had any problems with usage. But I have Windows 7 and would NOT update to Window 10's. They use a lot of data and do a lot of updating.
