My Bill

I got an email stating my payment had not been received. It's due on the first and it is setup for auto pay. My account page shows it paid with 0 balance. My payment card and info has not changed. The only thing that has changed is my plan which I upgraded a couple weeks ago. Can I ignore this email?

Just checked my bank account and the payment was taken out. Not sure what this email is, hope I don't get cut off. I did send an email to viasatlistens@viasat.com asking to have it checked out.

My guess is that this email may be someone phishing, trying to gt your personal information.

If your account portal shows a zero balance, and show the latest payment date as 3/1, then you are doing fine with Viasat.

You might want to forward this email to the moderators  for their confirmation.

Just another email thanking me for my payment, this is the one I get each month on the first. The first email was either just a glitch, or a phishing attempt. If it was phishing, it certainly looked authentic.
