Why did my bill go up $10.00 this month?

If you had agreed to the 24 month lease prepay when your service was installed, and you have had the service for 24 months, the $10.00 increase will be the lease fee for the 25th month. You can check your itemized bill on the Exede Dashboard.

Hi Margie,  As Christine indicated, it may be the equipment lease fee. In order to review your account, please send us an email with your account and contact information. Do you also have Viasat Voice? If so that is why, the promotinal rate expired and, that adds 10.00. It could also be something else. You can log in to your account to view your bill or, contact Viasat here: https://www.exede.com/customer-portal/
