Ben, you will need to contact Exede directly. We don't have access to your account here and, it isn't safe to post such information on a peer to peer support forum. https://www.exede.com/contact-us-exede/

Hi Ben
Our prices haven't changed. Have you bought more data each month? Did you make changes to your plans:? Since we bill in advance any changes you make to your plan (buy more data, change plans, or have long distance charges if you have voice) will be reflected on the next bill in a prorated charge or credit depending on what change has been made. Another potential thing would be if a chargeback was ordered by your bank. That occasionally can cause issues but it's more likely to be the other suggestions.
Otherwise, send an email to viasatlistens@viasat.com and we'll take a look for you.

That is illegal, the packages have a certain price unless you are informed that the price will be going up they can't take more than the package cost. Get a PREPAY card for these kind of purchases that way no one can take more money than you put on the card it's cheap and could stop the rip offs

Lisa, We do not change the prices on our Internet plans. The package prices do remain the same.
