My Bill

Why does your web site not work? For 5 months I have not been able to pay my bill online. I get this message: Please verify your payment information and try again. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact Customer Support: (855) 463-9333. Then I have to get someone to call customer service for me cause I can't hear on the phone. It's also 11 A.M. and my bill is not even posted on your site and it's due today.

I have never tried to pay my bill on line, and have been a Wildblue/Exede customer since 2008. I have the automatic payment and have never had any issues with my bill being paid. ViaSat prefers that you have an autopay method active. Also, the bill is normally posted later in the day, and the offices of ViaSat are in the Mountain Time Zone.
