my bill increased ten dollars this month, with no warning, and you caused my bank account to overdraft

when my bill is $56.37 per month, that is how much i put in the bank. i was charged 10 more dollars this month, and it overdrafted my bank account by $35 plus the $10 you overcharged me. i would like to cancel my service due to this

well as my ma always said when the prices raise onto the company itself then they have to raise the prices onto the customers... also if you where to cancel your services itll be about... 300$ to cancel if ya in the 2 year contract and also not only that... youd have to uninstall it from your house and put it into a box and send it back... HOPE THIS HELPS!!! :3

There could be a few reasons for this. If we were giving you a recurring credit it may have ended, this is the time of year that a $5.99 annual property tax typically hits, if you bought more data or made a change. Those are common reasons. You can review your bill at any time at my.exede.net. If you do wish to cancel please call us at 855-463-9333 but keep in mind that if you are still under your primary agreement there could be Early Termination Fees

What plan do you have that's that cheap? I've been charged $60.68 every month (except for tax month) since I've had the service. (10GB plan.)

10GB plan is probably our most economical plan.
