my account is new and I can't log in

I believe my user name is my email address  but my password is not being accepted so can you give me a new password?

Sorry I had to slightly edit your question for your own privacy and security by removing your email address (this is a very open and public forum). We can certainly reset your password for you. With it being the weekend you'll probably be better off calling our support number at 855-463-9333. You can also email us at exedelistens@viasat.com with your contact information but it could take up to 24 hours to get a response/reset
