Moving System

I need to move my system a few blocks up the road.. I have been trying to contact customer service. but when i do get put on hold for a long time 8 to 10 min. I can not afford air time to be on hold. is there a different number to call?? Or just move it my self and get it realigned later??

Sorry you're having trouble getting through on the phone. Here's a look at how our moving process works. Because setting up the new satellite connection is more complicated that simply plugging in at your new address, you will need a tech/dealer to help you get online at your new place.

Since this is a public forum, we can't work with your personal account info from here. I recommend sending us an email or trying again on the phone so we can get the process started and make sure you have service at your new address ASAP.
