moving next door $?

I want to move next door and take my exede dish with me. My ex need then new connection= how can we do it without me signing up new for 2 years or do I have to? Aloha and thanks for your help.

Hi Christoph, Since you will be moving to new service address we have to set you up with a new account. With having to create a new account it does include a new agreement. If you have any other questions about our move process just let me know.

That was a good question and a good answer. But you didn't say if he could physical move his dish equipment. Dish,Tria,modem. Can you do that when moving? Of course would still need person to come and aline it and all that. But would save shipping things back to you. Just wondering.

Hey HMC1940, the equipment per account is registered to a specific individual address. When you move, we install new equipment that has been registered here to the new address. Unfortunately, the re-registering the equipment needs to be done here on the mothership.

Thank you.Was just wondering. I don't plan on moving now or ever. Unless it's to the old folks home and don't think they have internet there. HeHeHe
