Dear Exede;I am moving to Rochester, Indiana.I will no longer need Exede internet service at:  Exede does not exist in Rochester, IN; thus, per contract, I have the ability to cancel my contract.I would like services stopped on June 12th, 2017.Please respond.Thank you!Keith Thomae

Yes, if we do not offer service in the area you are moving to, you will not be responsible for early termination fees.  Please call 855.463.9333 and speak to an Exede Customer Care Representative. They will process your disconnect.

You can check if Exede offers service by going to www.exede.com and putting in the new zip code.
