Move process not a great experience

I am moving to another state where I do not have to Use Exede. I chatted to arrange a shut off date and get the return box.....seems reasonable right? No. Some how I have to remember to cancel the service on the day I am moving, figure out how to get up and remove a piece off the antenna ( I am an old man and do not have the ladder to reach the antenna) , pack up the equipment, move it to my new place, call Exude for boxes to mail it to them. Unreal!!!!!

Hello Frank

The reason we have you call in is we don't have a way to do a future disconnect date option. We only can cut it off live in real time (ie when you call to cancel). I can understand the inconvenience but at this time we don't have a way to apply this to happen on a certain date with how our system is set up
