why am I receiving a notice that I have exceeded my monthly usage? I have never received this before in the 5 years that I have been using your service.

Mary, I spent a long time on the phone to Exede tech support to learn they are now Monitoring and  dunning your GB for any and all sites you visit that have streaming videos  hidden or visible  which eats is up faster and faster. Also told they are paying a LOT MORE attention to how you use the web, which also "enforces"  their policy to  deduct your service use. I have been told so many incorrect things by phone staff, including being locked out of replying to help emails in community.  Am told this is not possible, but it is when dealing with GetSatisfaction & Exude.  ( I had to REJOIN get Satisfaction, change my password MANY times, and NOTHIG worked to let me access Community.   THIS POST JUST SHOWED UP. after 2 days of trying everything psoossoble the recommended.what a surprise. !!    Wonder what I did right?      Close the video settings in Facebook, and keep a LOG of your daily history of sites to see how they can help. They CANNOT show me  my use logs of 4-6 months ago which would show I was using tons  of 3-12  min videos  on my financial advisor's website..and never ran out of time or got emails that I was at 70% use just a few days into each billing month.   Good luck solving this,

Something new they started doing a few months ago... I think you will get one at 70% and then one at 100% telling you your account is now in restriction.  I deleted mine in my email so I do not know the exact wording used...
