When I signed up for your service, your customer service quoted me $69 per month, not the $100 I'm being charged, I have the notes that we went over when I first inquired can about this service. I would have never agreed to $100 per month, I cannot afford that. With me being a Direct TV customer, o was told there is a monthly discount, plus the first 12 months were at a discounted price, making my bill $69 per month. Please let me know what is going on.
