Modem Status Question - Does This Look Normal?

Please see screenshots below. We have been experiencing slower than normal speeds and frequent disconnects on our devices recently. We are having to reset the modem daily. Does the status look normal to you? The diagnostic app sometimes shows there is an issue with dish alignment, but then will show no issues after refreshing it. Not sure how reliable the app is.

Ryan,

I was able to find your account, and it looks like you do have an issue, but not one that your modem can see from your side.  The return link signal strength is low, which could affect your upload speed.  

This doesn't explain the disconnects you're describing however.  There might be another issue that I can't see in our software.  I suggest calling Customer Care and having a service call ordered.

It took more than one phone call and having to troubleshoot the modem with the rep, but they finally arranged for a technician to come out in a few days.
