Modem shows Red Exclamation mark

When looking at the modem details of my modem online I have a red exclamation mark on the Tria. It does not show any Rx power or cable attenuation. I am connected to the net just fine and can browse and download etc.

Reboot of modem solves the issue only briefly. What could be causing this and should I be concerned?

Tria may be defective, or you may have cable problems

When did you have your service installed?

Was installed in May. Nothing has changed since then. Haven't moved a thing. Like I say I'm connected. Modem on the status page says connected. Yet shows zero "signal" strengths.
