Modem Reboot

My Wifi is not working, I noticed that the lights were not all lite up. I unplugged my modem then my router then re-plugged in my modem and waited for all the lights to become solid. that didn't happen. Please help me get back on line. Thank you 209...-....

Hi Tarise, I'm sorry you are having connection issues. here is the proper way to power cycle your system.
