Modem sporadically restarts multiple times per day. It does it when people are online, and it does it when it's not being used. Very annoying, causes issues with Netflix viewing, online gaming, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
Check to make sure you have room around the modem for air to circulate. If the modem is uncomfortably warm. place a small fan nearby and blow air across the modem. It is also possible that you have a problem with the power supply for the modem or the outlet it is plugged into. Check your connections. If the problem continues call support at 855-854-2723.
